➡️ Remember to preview your W-2s to ensure the accurate and timely delivery of W-2s to your employees. Making corrections after W-2s have been printed and delivered can cost your valuable time and money if you have to pay someone to do it.
You should verify that your employees’ names, addresses and Social Security numbers are accurate. And you should also verify your company’s legal name and address, as well as your Employer Identification Number (EIN).
