Create a system that works!



When recording services and/or items, take some time to think through what you are trying to capture and then create a system that helps.

If you have a set list of services, create a pre-printed sheet or document with your client’s names so all you need to do is record the date of the service. 

And let technology help you! If you have a smartphone, use that to record items you don’t want to forget. Or get a portable computer that you can use wherever you are and keep track of things until you get home.

You will be amazed at how much this will reduce your stress level because you aren’t trying to remember everything!
